Handmade & Personalised Products

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the usual right to return or cancel once production has started or the item has been completed.

Once your order is confirmed and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or returns due to a change of mind or incorrect selection.
