Pawric® Story❤️
Pawric® began in a small home in Oxford, England — not from a business plan, but from a story of love. Our family has always shared a deep affection for animals. My daughter and son adore them, but my son’s severe allergy to animal fur meant we could never truly have a pet of our own.
Our kind-hearted neighbor, Mina, has a beautiful and clever dog that my daughter absolutely adores. One afternoon, while chatting over tea, Mina said gently, “Luna, you’re so creative and love making things by hand — why not create custom pet embroidery?” That simple suggestion changed everything. Although we couldn’t have a pet, we realised we could still celebrate the bond between people and animals — by capturing their presence through delicate stitches and fabric. And that’s how Pawric was born.

Pawric® (Paw + Fabric) stands for more than just embroidery. It’s a celebration of love, craftsmanship, and the beautiful connection between pets and their humans.To portray every pet’s unique charm — every glint in their eyes, every strand of fur — I began studying design and embroidery, learning to translate emotion into thread.Each stitch became a quiet expression of care, patience, and memory.
My 14-year-old daughter, Selina, soon became part of the journey. She designed our logo, posters, and every hand-drawn illustration you see on our website. Each animal illustration carries her warmth and creativity — her way of loving pets through art. Together, as a family, we created Pawric®: a heartfelt brand that turns handmade craftsmanship into something deeply personal and enduring.

🧵 Edit Process FAQ
Q: Will I get to see my pet’s portrait before it’s embroidered?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital draft of your pet’s portrait to review before we start stitching.
Q: What if I don’t love the first draft?
No problem — that’s what the edit stage is for. You can request adjustments (like colour, markings, or small details) to make sure it truly reflects your pet.
Q: How many edits can I make?
A few rounds of edits are included with your order, which is usually enough to get your portrait just right.
Q: What kind of changes can I request?
We can make small refinements such as:
• Adjusting markings or colours
• Tweaking fur or eye shades
• Refining shapes or proportions
• Adding or removing small accessories (like collars or tags)
Q: Can I completely change the photo or style after seeing the draft?
Each Pawric portrait is created from the photo you provide, so major changes — such as using a new photo or requesting a completely different style — would mean starting a new order.
Q: How long do edits take?
Edits are usually completed within 3–5 working days, so you’ll be able to approve your final design quickly.
Q: What happens after I approve the portrait?
Once your design is approved, we’ll finish the embroidery within 5 working days and send it directly from Oxford, UK.

🛍️ Ordering
Q: How do I order a custom item?
Simply choose the product you’d like, upload your pet’s photo, and select the number of pets to include. Our designer will then create your custom illustration and send you a draft to approve before we embroider it.
Q: Can I have more than one pet on an item?
Yes — you can include up to two pets on most of our custom items, and up to six pets on sweatshirts and hoodies. Just select the number of pets on the product page and ensure the extra charge appears in your basket.
Q: How do I add more than one pet to an item?
Simply select the number of embroidered pets from the drop-down menu on the product page — each additional pet is £15 — then upload all your photos as normal.

📦 Shipping and Customs
Q: Do I have to pay customs or import duties on my order?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees once they reach your country. These charges aren’t included in our product prices or delivery costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
As these fees vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
