Embroidery and Dispatch
Your item will be embroidered within 5 working days and shipped directly from Oxford, UK — carefully crafted, packed, and ready to brighten your day.

Q: Will I get to see my pet’s portrait before it’s embroidered?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital draft of your pet’s portrait to review before we start stitching.

Q: What if I don’t love the first draft?
No problem — that’s what the edit stage is for. You can request adjustments (like colour, markings, or small details) to make sure it truly reflects your pet.

Q: How many edits can I make?
A few rounds of edits are included with your order, which is usually enough to get your portrait just right.

Q: What kind of changes can I request?
We can make small refinements such as:
• Adjusting markings or colours
• Tweaking fur or eye shades
• Refining shapes or proportions
• Adding or removing small accessories (like collars or tags)

Q: Can I completely change the photo or style after seeing the draft?
Each Pawric portrait is created from the photo you provide, so major changes — such as using a new photo or requesting a completely different style — would mean starting a new order.

Q: How long do edits take?
Edits are usually completed within 3–5 working days, so you’ll be able to approve your final design quickly.

Q: What happens after I approve the portrait?
Once your design is approved, we’ll finish the embroidery within 5 working days and send it directly from Oxford, UK.

Q:Handmade in the UK — What it Really Means?
“Made in the UK” is not just a label.
For every order, we:
• Digitise your pet’s photo by hand (1–2 hours)
• Stitch your pet’s portrait for 40–90 minutes
• Check details, trim threads and finish the piece
• Pack and ship your unique, one–of–one item
This is not mass-produced.

Every Pawric piece is designed and embroidered locally, with genuine care and craftsmanship in every stitch.

Q: How do I order a custom item?
Simply choose the product you’d like, upload your pet’s photo, and select the number of pets to include. Our designer will then create your custom illustration and send you a draft to approve before we embroider it.

Q: Can I have more than one pet on an item?
Yes — you can include up to two pets on most of our custom items, and up to six pets on sweatshirts and hoodies. Just select the number of pets on the product page and ensure the extra charge appears in your basket.

Q: How can I add more than one pet to my order?
Each product includes embroidery for one pet.
If you want to add more, simply choose the number of pets from the dropdown menu on the product page — £15 for each additional pet — and upload all the photos as usual.

Q: Do I have to pay customs or import duties on my order?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees once they reach your country. These charges aren’t included in our product prices or delivery costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
As these fees vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t quite right, please email us at info@pawric.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Q: What is the sizing like on your items?
All Pawric garments are unisex, offering a regular fit — not too tight, not too loose.
